Since his graduation from law school, Gary has concentrated his practice in the area of family law and business litigation. Gary is an Adjunct Professor at Capital University Law School, where he teaches family law in the Legal Assistants Program. He has also presented lectures in the areas of family law and trial practice on behalf of various Bar Associations throughout the State of Ohio, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Ohio Chapter. Gary Gottfried is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of Ohio. In addition he is admitted to practice law before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Gary is the co-author of chapter on International Family Law in Sowald & Morgenstern, Domestic Relations Law (1997). He is a Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has been named an "Ohio Super Lawyer" And one of Ohio's Top 100 Lawyers in 2005.

Attorney Darice L. Schlaufman graduated from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, and a concentration in Human Services. She was a member of the Honors Internship Program, as well as the Psi Chi National Honor Society, she also completed an internship with Victim-Witness Assistance Program of the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in Chicago.
Darice then attended Ohio Northern University's Pettit College of Law, graduating in 2001. She was a Staff Editor of the Law Review, and also served as Articles Editor. Additionally, she has worked with the Juvenile Justice Bureau of the Cook County State's Attorney's Office and has also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Richard K. Warren of the Allen County Court of Common Pleas in Lima, Ohio. Darice Schlaufman is a member of the Columbus Bar Association as well as the Ohio State Bar Association and is admitted to practice law before all state courts in Ohio. Darice joined the law firm in the fall of 2001.

Attorney Eric Brown graduated from The Ohio State University in Columbus, O
hio in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology. Mr. Brown graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio in 2007. He served as a legal intern in the office of the Franklin County Prosecutor from 2005 - 2007. Mr. Brown enjoys the practice of family law and the ability to do something practical which makes a difference and genuinely contributes to the lives of his clients.
